Comments on plebiscite at Kashmir by Mr. Prashant Bhushan.

  • Prashant Bhushan in my eyes.
Though I herd about Mr. Prashant Bhushan about last 3 years but I kept close watch when anna's movement going on at Ramlila moidan. I found him an almost balanced person.
His speeches about corruption at Indian courts deeply influenced me, though it was short but expressed a deep view on the subject matter.
His statement on plebiscite on Kashmir came to the public notice, and became a deep concern of the citizens of India when member of Shriram Sena beaten him.
Even his disputed statement on Kashmir not much effected on the heart and mind of the Indian citizens.
But while he beaten up, it spreads like a fire in the jungle.
Direct vote system, by which an entire electorate is asked either to accept or reject a particular proposal, is called referendum or plebiscite. It is a form of direct democracy. A plebiscite can be considered a kind of election.
So far I understood Mr. Bhushan, his thinking in my own language is as bellow:-
In policy formulations, people must play their vital role. The people who are the beneficiaries, must taken into confidence before policy making and it's formulation.
In a democratic country like India, the views of the people cannot be ignored, and their desires should not be overlooked while making laws and policies.
Though the declared stand for formulating the policies are that, that the policies are being made for the benefit & in the interest of the common people but in practice it is being ignored and  the benefit of the big companies and some particular persons get more importance than the interest of the common people, which must not be. Such policies are against the benefit of the people.
It was not Mr. Bhushan alone, some other gentleman / woman among Indian citizens like Gilani, Arundhathi Roy already expressed their supportive view in favour of the plebiscite at Kashmir.
The issues are -
i) Whether there is a possibility of plebiscite at Kashmir, or not?
ii) Whether plebiscite at Kashmir is unconstitutional, as per Indian constitution or not?
iii) Whether the issue 'plebiscite at Kashmir' itself a notorious activity, unpatriotic activity and will instigate the terrorist activities in India?
iv) Whether there is any other provision available to pacify the problem at Kashmir?
v) Whether it is desirable to capture a piece of land against the will of the people of the land?
vi) Whether the stand of Mr. Bhushan on Kashmir, is against the principals of Anna ji
  • ACTION & REACTION - A DOUBTFUL GAP OF 16 DAYS:
His disputed statements on plebiscite at Kashmir, creates confusion, anger among general public of India. Though the statement given on 25 th September 2011 but the fire caught on 12th Oct 2011.
Comments of Mr. Bhushan on plebiscite at Kashmir came on 25   th September 2011 and he beaten up on 12th Oct 2011. It is a gap of 16 days. The so called Shriram Sena or Bhagat singh Kranti dal, whatever it may be, - reperked after a gap of 16 days, which clearly indicates that the motivation of the group is absolutely not self motivated. The attack on Mr. Bhushan not self motivated, by the attackers, which generally expected in such a case. The said motivation came from outside. It came from outside the attackers team, the plan of attack is brain child of some shroud and crude politicians of high level.
